Due to liquor laws we cannot take orders for gift baskets or deliver
gift baskets containing alcohol to persons under the age of 18
years. |
Out of Stock Items
|
If, due to unforseen circumstances an item is out of
stock we will replace it with a similiar product of equal or greater
value. |
Payments by Cheque
|
Gift baskets are not processed until cheques have been cleared. |
Gift Basket Contents
|
The contents of the gift baskets are described in writing on this web
site. Photographs may not be an exact representation of a gift basket.

Cancellations
|
We process orders quickly and despatch to our courier on the next
business day for delivery, so if you wish to change or cancel an order
please do so promptly by contacting us at our email address. Orders that have
been transferred to the Courier are no longer accessible to us and cannot
be changed/cancelled. |
Delivery

We make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, however we accept no
responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside our
control. Once the gift basket has left our premises, we no longer have
control over it. However we will do our best to track the gift basket and
report the expected delivery time/date to the person that made the
order. |
